Community Engagement & District Networks

UNASO operates through 57+ decentralized district-level HIV networks, which:

• Mobilize and empower communities to lead their own HIV response.
• Support implementation of community-led monitoring and accountability frameworks.
• Promote peer-led outreach, particularly among vulnerable populations (youth, key populations, women).
• Strengthen local government collaboration in HIV service delivery and follow-up.
